Amberlin Pflugerville, a new 195-unit active adult community in Pflugerville, is under construction and expected to open this fall.

Located at the southeast corner of East Pflugerville Parkway and Wilke Ridge Lane, Amberlin Pflugerville will offer wellness-oriented living for residents age 55 and older with a focus on helping residents stay socially and physically active.

Neighboring Hill Country Bible Church sold 10 acres of its 52-acre property to developer Sparrow Partners for the construction of Amberlin Pflugerville, according to an announcement from Sparrow Partners.

“We have always envisioned this land drawing the community together and we think there is a need for more senior housing in our community,” said Danny Box, Hill Country Bible Church Pflugerville lead pastor, in the announcement.

The development’s one- and two-bedroom units will range in size from 615-1,285 square feet and rent for between $1,490- $2,535 a month, according to the announcement.
