Minute Fuel opened a new gas station and convenience store on Feb. 4 in Pflugerville, adding fuel, convenience items and coffee service to the area.

The location includes a cash checking area and a full coffee bar. A made-to-order kitchen is planned for a later date, said store manager Shofil Maknojiyamok. Breakfast and lunch options are expected once menus are finalized.
Maknojiyamok said the kitchen offerings will be shaped by community demand.
