Owner Darius Burnett, originally from Chicago, said he is bringing the “northern taste to the south.” The restaurant will feature fried chicken and fish options along with other comfort foods such as macaroni and cheese and rice.
The space is currently awaiting city occupancy permits, but Burnett hopes to be serving his “unique flavor” to customers by June.
