The automotive and clean-energy company Tesla has taken up a space in an existing industrial building on CR 1999 in Hutto, city officials confirmed with Community Impact on Jan. 3. While it remains unclear what the company plans to use the facility for, it submitted permit applications to make roughly $1.5 million in improvements to the 35,000-square-foot building.Hippo Cafe
