Cluck-N-Burger, an establishment owned by Aaron Esserman, officially opened July 22 at 200 E. Pecan St., Pflugerville, and will hold a grand opening event Aug. 14. Formerly located throughout the Austin area, all of the Cluck-N-Burgers were forced to close last July due to complications from the COVID-19 pandemic, Esserman said. Now situated next to Pflugerville wine bar Three Legged Goat, Cluck-N-Burger is most known for its O.G.
