Little Nishi has relocated its second location to Amherst Drive in North Austin.

The details

The Japanese eatery opened its first food truck in downtown Austin in September 2023.

Founded by Joel Taylor, the business launched its second food truck at Armadillo Den, 10106 Menchaca Road, Austin, in October but recently relocated.

The truck offers appetizers, sashimi, hand rolls, snacks and drinks, and is bring-your-own-beverage.
