HappyRito Seafood opened Nov. 18 in the Lakeline Plaza shopping center in Cedar Park and Northwest Austin area. The Vietnamese-Cajun restaurant serves a variety of seafood baskets and po'boy sandwiches. Customers can dine in or order takeout.
