The latest
Co-owners Carlos Chan and Lorena Alcaraz have been adding new menu items since the opening, such as grilled salmon or chicken served with steamed vegetables ($8-$10) and a salad of the day. They also now serve a variety of paninis and homemade soups. Diners can also choose to have 2N1 delivered through BiteSquad.
What’s next
Chan and Alcaraz said business remains slow, and they hope continuing to add new menu items will attract more customers. They are also promoting their catering services.
