Patrinely Group and USAA Real Estate in late May broke ground on Aspen Lake Three, which will ultimately deliver Class A office space. The four-story commercial office building, the third building in the Aspen Lake development, will offer flexible space planning and park-like landscaping.

ASPIRE NORTH AUSTIN
Modern multifamily residential development Aspire North Austin is expected to open its third and final building by the end of July, developer David Spatz said. The 72-unit Aspire offers townhouse, studio and work-play floor plans. Spatz said some work will continue on the development after July.

Timeline: completion by end of July 2020
AUSTIN FC STADIUM
Austin FC on July 14 announced it is expanding space in the Major League Soccer stadium’s North Building for the team’s merchandise store, which will now occupy 5,000 square feet. The three-story North Building will also include a beer hall with space for 400 fans and a hospitality lounge.
