Biryani Garden
Biryani Garden opened at 12221 Riata Trace Parkway, Ste. 190, in May. The restaurant offers a variety of Indian dishes such as curries, kababs, naan and biryani including mandi biryani, an Arabic dish.

Jopok Topokki opened in June inside the food court at H Mart, 11301 Lakeline Blvd. The food counter serves a variety of Korean dishes such as tteokbokki, gimbap, fried dumplings and ramen.

The One Pho opened July 3 at 10721 Research Blvd., Ste. B110. The restaurant serves a variety of Vietnamese/Asian fusion items, including Austin’s first hot stone pho, or broth served in a hot stone bowl with the meat, fresh noodles and veggies on the side. The menu also includes regular pho with beef, chicken or vegetable broth, beef and egg skillet with fresh banh mi bread and rice noodle salads with different choices of proteins.

P Thai’s Khao Man Gai opened July 16 inside Hong Kong Supermarket. The stall offers khao man gai, or Thai-style Hainanese chicken rice made with poached or fried chicken. Also on the menu is fried pork belly with rice and fried chicken skins. Customers can dine in or use the counter service for to-go orders.

Tare
Tare is slated to bring its pop-up and in-home dining omakase (meals decided by the chef) to a physical location by the end of September. Owner and chef Michael Carranza and pastry chef Danielle Martinez will focus on Japanese sushi and incorporate elements of Mexican cuisine into the menu. The restaurant will have 10 seats for guests and host several evening services. In-home dining experiences will still continue once the restaurant is up and running.
