Texas French Bread is reopening a new brick-and-mortar bakery in the West Campus area this spring.
The backstory
The Austin bakery's original storefront, which opened in 1981, closed following a fire in 2022. The business has since operated out of an Airstream trailer in the garden next to the parking lot.
