A 52,460-square-foot furniture showroom is headed to San Marcos. Rooms To Go offers indoor and outdoor furniture and decor. The retail chain has three other locations in the Austin area.

The city of Round Rock is continuing to develop public land following the completion of Heritage Trail West in 2024. Improvements to the trail’s east side include a 1-mile concrete pedestrian trail, three pedestrian bridges, seating, lighting and irrigation.
The city of Pflugerville is extending Pfluger Farm Lane by 140,210 square feet. The project will include the construction of a new roadway, drainage, sidewalk and shared-use paths.
