Second phase of Sorin Row Homes nears completion in Mueller

Residential developer The Muskin Company has begun selling the second phase of its Sorin Row Homes project in the Mueller neighborhood, as the master-planned community nears its final build-out.

The overview

Sorin Row Homes Phase 2, located at 3000 Sorin St., features a mix of three- and four-bedroom homes ranging from 1,750 to 2,164 square feet. The residences offer flexible floor plans, including units with accessory dwelling units, or ADUs.

“We’re so excited to bring Phase 2 of the Sorin Row Homes to market as our final Mueller development,” President Alan Muskin said in a statement. "The success of Phase 1 demonstrated the strong demand for elevated design and quality construction in this exceptional neighborhood. With Phase 2, we’re offering homebuyers one last chance to experience park-facing living with the designer finishes and architectural excellence that defines The Muskin Company.”

The row homes are designed by architect Clayton Korte, while studio Slic Design is handling interiors. Home features include skylights, metal roofing, oak wood flooring and Bosch appliances. Residences also have front porches and back patios.

Half of the phase two units include ADUs with private above-garage entrances that can be used as in-law suites, guest or rental lodging, or offices. ADUs have kitchens, baths and laundry hookups, and are separated from the main unit by a private enclosed courtyard.

The new row homes are priced between $899,000-$1.1 million, and the project is expected to be complete in the first quarter of 2026.
