Broadway St. An estimated 20 employees will handle human resources and legal functions for the company’s 31 stores across the state at the new facility, officials said. “We are excited about our future home in Pearland and the opportunities this will bring,” Buc-ee’s general counsel Jeff Nadalo said.  “We look forward to many years of growth within the community.” The PEDC began working with Buc-ee’s earlier this year to bring the new facility to the area. “The city of Pearland is delighted that such a locally-recognized company has chosen Pearland for its partial headquarters location,” Pearland Mayor Tom Reid said.  “I always keep an eye out for their stores when I'm traveling across the state and Buc-ee’s selection of Pearland is a testament to our community’s favorable business climate and quality of life.”
