Hopdoddy Burger Bar has filed for a commercial permit at 2800 N. I-35 in Round Rock and should open in 2015, according to a company spokesperson.
“We have heard our fans in Round Rock loud and clear,” said Dan Mesches, President and CEO of Hopdoddy, in a statement. “We are excited to join the great Round Rock community later this year.”
The location is just north of Old Settlers Boulevard and next to Denny's on southbound I-35.
Hopdoddy is a gourmet burger chain that also offers beer, wine and cocktails. The company has seven locations, including two in Austin: 2438A W. Anderson Lane and the original location at 1400 S. Congress Ave.
