Vista Alta del Veramendi, a community designed for residents age 55 and older, is slated to break ground in New Braunfels on Oct. 15.
The gated neighborhood will consist of 61 high-end, villa-style homes along with a club house, gathering areas and more.
Homes will be available in both one- and two-story layouts and prices start at $750,000.
As part of the larger 2,400-acre master-planned Veramendi development, the homes will have access to area trails, shopping and amenities.
