The Tech Ridge area will potentially gain a new dining spot with Raising Cane’s taking action to build a new location nearby.

What to know

According to a permit filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the eatery is set to begin construction in December with an estimated completion date in September of 2026.

“Pending city approval, Raising Cane’s is slated to bring our [chicken meals] to Austin’s I-35 and Parmer area in 2026,” a Raising Cane’s representative said.
