Three locations are set to close in the Austin area: The Shops at Arbor Walk location in North Austin, Southpark Meadows’ location in South Austin and Round Rock’s location in University Oaks Shopping Center. No specific closing dates have been announced for the locations.
The nationwide crafting store opened its first location in 1943 and has an estimated 850 stores in 49 states, as stated on its website.
The business sold a range of crafting and home supplies from fabric and sewing supplies to jewelry making items and home decor products.
