Blair won the seat, according to unofficial voting totals.
Blair received 53.78% of the almost 5,000 votes cast between the two counties. In Travis County, Blair received just 12 more votes than Yelaun, a margin of less than 1% of the total vote. In Williamson County, she held a more than 300-vote lead.
Just over 13% of eligible Travis County voters and 9% of Williamson County eligible voters turned out, according to the results. Travis County also held the Pflugerville mayoral race.

Early voting results show Natomi Blair leading against Anna Yelaun for the Leander City Council Place 3 runoff election on Dec. 13. Blair received 1,925 of the 3,592 votes, or53.59%, cast in Travis and Williamson counties.
How we got here
In November, Blair ended the night with 47.52% of the total vote between Williamson and Travis counties, and Yelaun followed with 40.32%.
The council seat was made available when outgoing council member David McDonald announced his resignation in July.
Some context
Of the 53,766 Travis County voters eligible to vote in one of the county's two elections—for the Pflugerville mayor or the Leander council member—5,358, or 9.97% turned out to vote. In Williamson County, 6.4% of eligible voters cast ballots during early voting.
