Why are you running for reelection?



I am running for reelection because the community has urged me to continue leading. With four years of experience, I am committed to supporting small businesses, securing water for growth, revitalize downtown, and ensuring Liberty hill grows into a thriving city while maintaining our community, focused values.



What are your priorities for your next term if you win?



If elected, my priorities will be enhanced infrastructure, secure, sustainable water, resources, and strengthen community engagement. A focus on hiring the right staff to effectively manage strategic growth and implement efficient planning processes, so that we can meet the needs of our expanding population and maintain quality of life.



What do you see as the biggest challenges facing the city right now, and how would you address them?



Part of Liberty Hills biggest challenges stem from the rapid growth which has put a strain on infrastructure like water, sewage, and roads. Strong leadership, strategic staffing, and partnership with government entities are key. We must also manage growth while maintaining quality of life and invest in public safety, including.

Why are you running for election?



With my extensive background in public service, I am well-versed in identifying and addressing the challenges the City currently faces. I also aim to foster cohesiveness among the Council, City staff, and citizens.



What are your priorities for your first term if you win?



I’m committed to working with stakeholders in Liberty Hill to address water and wastewater challenges caused by our growth. I will foster positive relationships with these stakeholders and surrounding municipalities to benefit the citizens of Liberty Hill.



What do you see as the biggest challenges facing the city right now, and how would you address them?



Water remains the primary issue, followed by smart growth per our 2040 Comprehensive Plan. The Council is doing tremendous work to address our water challenges, and my role will be to support their efforts by providing the tools and relationships needed to continue that progress.



What is your long-term vision for the city?



Liberty Hill is growing rapidly, and my vision is to create a vibrant, healthy environment where businesses and families thrive together. It’s not one or the other, as long as we lead with integrity and a spirit of service, not pride.

The biggest challenges facing our city right now include balancing rapid growth with the need for adequate infrastructure. To address these, I believe we need an immediate and implementable plan that addresses current challenges, and a long-term plan that anticipates future challenges. Focusing on strategic growth and planning will help.

Why are you running for election?



I'm running for City Council for my grandchildren's future. I want for them the same family oriented, safe place to live, and quality of life that my parents provided for me and my 11 siblings. I will keep them as my focus so that it will benefit Liberty Hill's children.



What are your priorities for your first term if you win?



For Our Children, Grandchildren, and Families To Help Improve LH's Infrastructure - both clean drinking water and waste water (sewage) and I.T. infrastructure. To Help Promote a Safe City - support our Law Enforcement. Fight to Keep Property and Sales Taxes as Low as Possible. To Bring Life Experience and Common.



What do you see as the biggest challenges facing the city right now, and how would you address them?



Water: which is an issue in much of Central Texas. Look to support short-term solutions in our expanding growth - like more partnerships with other municipalities. Ensuring reliable water and sewage systems that meet the needs of our growing city, working with experts to develop a long-term solution. Attracting new businesses to boost economic growth, create jobs, and improve local services. Supporting and protecting small businesses, making it easier for them to thrive and grow.

The biggest challenges facing Liberty Hill are growth, infrastructure, and economic development. To address these, I believe future councils should focus on transparency and practical solutions that benefit the community. We need open, solution-driven discussions to stay on track and prioritize long-term goals over distractions.

Why are you running for reelection?



I care about this city and its citizens, and I think I am the best qualified with the experience needed to carry forward the complicated plans that we have been working on for water, wastewater and the other Capital Improvements that are necessary to ensure managed growth.



What are your priorities for your next term if you win?



Sourcing and infrastructure for water and wastewater. Responsible use and sustainability, while mitigating financial burdens on the taxpayers. Public Safety. Supporting our police, encouraging outreach. Responsible growth. Ensuring beauty and fiscal sustainability - keeping our Capital Improvement. Plan updated in addressing traffic concerns.

Unprecedented growth, and therefore water, wastewater and securing funding to mitigate the impact on our taxpayers and to expedite implementation of the plans to secure new water sources and complete facilities.

My long-term vision is a city committed to preserving its small town, rural character and sense of family and community, through thoughtful growth, responsible development, and stewardship of resources.
