What you need to know

Students will be dismissed early on Dec. 8 from 11 a.m.-12:20 p.m. depending on age level to allow staff to support football, drill team, cheer and band students participating in the state semifinals game, according to the district’s website. The district is also encouraging students, parents and community members to attend.

The Panthers will take on Port Neches-Groves High School at the Berry Center in Cypress at 7 p.m. Dec. 8.
