Brito's, a food truck serving modern street food with Venezuelan influences, opened in late November at Wildfire Park in Leander.

Menu items include arepa and bao with a variety of fillings, as well as caramelized French toast, a brioche burger and garlic potatoes. The scratch kitchen, which makes its bread in-house, is owned by Jose Brito and Lucrecia Federico.
