3. First Watch


The restaurant is set to open in the Gateway 29 development in Liberty Hill in the spring, according to Shakeel Badarpura, one of the owners of the development. The breakfast, brunch and lunch chain operates locations across the country and offers its own unique options in addition to recognized breakfast and lunch staples.

4. Verizon

The company is one of the nation’s largest mobile phone network and home internet providers, and the store will go in the Gateway 29 development currently under construction.

5. Buffalo Wild Wings


The restaurant will be coming to Liberty Hill’s Water Tower Plaza. The new location is expected to break ground in late October and to be built out by the end of December, according to TDLR. The nationwide chain serves a variety of wings, sides, burgers, sandwiches and desserts.In the news

6. Agape BBQ


The restaurant celebrated its fifth anniversary Oct. 11. The company serves authentic Texas barbecue, such as brisket, ribs and pulled pork, in addition to sides such as cole slaw, hatch mac and cheese, corn casserole, and more. Agape serves its barbecue in an open backyard shaded by live oaks and has a stage for live music and other events.

7. Hope House

The nonprofit cut the ribbon on the Rathgeber Community, which consists of two new homes constructed to provide housing to 16 additional children, according to a news release. The housing addition was built with help from Sara and Dick Rathgerber, HomeAid Austin and Pacesetter Homes.
