Owners Tabitha and Jeremy Fry started their non-profit, Brady’s Bridge, to provide additional care to families with children of all abilities. They were inspired after experiencing difficulty finding a daycare facility for their son Brady, who was born with hydrocephalus. When the couple received their childcare provider licenses in March, the Frys began offering after school care to Leander and Liberty Hill families.

“We take all kids, all abilities,” Tabitha Fry said.

The context

Tabitha Fry’s hope for Brady’s Bridge is to serve families who have children with disabilities or who have multiple children with different abilities. Tabitha Fry said families often have to enroll their children in multiple programs to accommodate their children’s needs. Some parents have had to quit their jobs because of the difficulty in finding adequate after-school care, Fry said.

What’s new

For the 2025-26 school year, Brady’s Bridge will offer all-day care on select Fridays to accommodate for 4-day school weeks after Liberty Hill adopted a hybrid academic calendar with a combination of four and five-day work weeks, according to previous Community Impact reporting.

Additionally, starting in early September, the after-school program will also provide transportation for students through a new shuttle bus. Brady’s Bridge is currently accepting applications for new students.

The details

The monthly tuition rate for after-school care is $525 with a $25 application fee and a $100 supply fee. The after-school program will also be open on select school holidays from 7:30 a.m.-3 p.m. at an additional cost.
