MAP: See which lane closures could affect west Travis County travelers July 5-7

Several lane closures are scheduled July 5-7.

These area lane closures could impact travel to and from downtown Austin through Friday, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.

Bee Caves Road

On Thursday and Friday from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., the westbound outside lane will be closed between Buckeye Trail and Old Bee Caves Road. The eastbound outside lane between Camp Craft Road and Westbank Drive will also be closed at that time.

Capital of Texas Hwy.

On Wednesday and Thursday night traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Wild basin Road and the Colorado River from 8 p.m.-5 a.m.

MoPac

On Wednesday night the northbound outside lane will be closed between Hancock Road and the entrance ramp from RR 2222 from 8 p.m.-5 a.m. The RR 2222 entrance ramp will also be closed at that time.

On Thursday night, southbound traffic from Anderson Lane to RR 2222 will be reduced to one lane from 8 p.m.-5 a.m. The exit ramp onto RR 2222 will also be closed at that time.
