1. Beaux Medspa opened Feb. 8 at 6317 Bee Caves Road, Ste. 260, Austin. The boutique medical spa is opened by Kristin Gunn and cosmetic surgeon Dr. Andrew Trussler. 2. A new shop selling soaps and skin care is coming soon to West Lake Hills. Buff City Soap is set to open within the Village at Westlake on March 4 at 701 S. Capital of Texas Hwy., Ste. After 13 years in business, The Hills Salon and Spa closed its doors at 6317 RM 2244, Austin, according to a statement posted on the company’s website. “We are extremely grateful and hope for the continued support in our future endeavors,” the statement said.
