4. Real estate investment firm Rastegar Property Company announced Dec. 2 it acquired the Espirit office building at 515 S. Capital of Texas Hwy., West Lake Hills. The firm will move its global headquarters to the 29,685-square-foot space, according to a Rastegar press release. Director of Design and Development Hunter Floyd said Rastegar plans to transform the space into one of the most sought-after boutique offices in the Westlake region.
