Bee Cave’s Hill Country Galleria received national recognition amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The retail center was recognized by retail industry publication Chain Store Age for creating both a safe and welcoming environment to welcome guests back to following COVID-19 closures, according to a press release. Twenty curbside pickup locations were utilized to provide guests with an alternative to in-store shopping. The galleria was one of 10 properties and the only in Texas to be recognized as a 2020 Top Comeback Retail Center. The center was also recognized by the International Council of Shopping Center for its efforts in the arts following the installation of three murals by local artists.

“Our team has worked incredibly hard over the last few months to support our tenants while getting creative with ways to continue providing a safe and welcoming experience for all,” said Mary Anne Castles, the general manager for the Hill Country Galleria, in the release. “We are proud to be recognized among industry peers.”
