Foliepop’s, a new french pastry and coffee house cafe at the Hill Country Galleria, opened for online orders July 29 with daily pickup and deliveries available starting Aug. 2. The cafe located at 13420 Galleria Circle, Bee Cave, was initially set to open in the spring but was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The family-operated cafe led by chef Antonie Chassonnery may begin dine-in service within the coming weeks; however, a date for a grand opening has not been announced. Until then, pickups and deliveries will be available daily from 7 a.m. through 8 p.m. Customers can choose from a variety of 512 pastry combinations.
“Opening FoliePop’s has been a dream of ours, and we are thankful for the enthusiasm and support we’ve received from the local community since we moved to Austin and started this journey a year ago,” co-founder and CEO Audrey Sigoure said.
