The restaurant has plans to open a location in Westlake, according to a permit from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Postino serves a variety of appetizers, different types of bruschetta and charcuterie boards alongside plates, bowls, wine, cocktails, beers and refreshers. Work is scheduled for completion by Jan. 1, according to the permit.
