Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is a made-to-order sandwich eatery opening at 3944 S. RM 620, Ste. 130, Bee Cave, in mid-October.
The sandwich shop was originally going to open at the end of September, owner Julian King said. After several delays, the shop had its grand opening celebration Oct. 15.
The shop will sell made-to-order sandwiches using homemade ingredients and roasting whole, all-natural turkeys and roast beef in-house for sandwiches.
The shop will be one of more than 110 Capriotti’s throughout 15 states nationwide. www.capriottis.com
