The facility will consist of three buildings with over 80 truck docks, warehouse space and offices, according to the property brochure.

In November, the land was sold by WS-COS Development partners, also referred to as Wheelock, to the private equity real estate fund manager Velocis, according to Travis County documents.
Per city documents, the site was first added into the city of Bee Cave's extrajudicial territory in 2015 as a part of a development agreement with Wheelock.
The agreement includes a master development plan, which set the land on which West Austin Business Park is being built for commercial and office use.
The same agreement allowed for the creation of the Covert CDJR Bee Cave car dealership adjacent to the property.
What's next?
Construction on the business park began in December, and is set to finish in the first quarter of 2025, according to the property brochure and real estate broker Trey Blasingame with KBC Advisors.
