The gist
According to a representative with Jenkins Design Build, an approved residential home builder for Travis Club, the community will have 497 homes once completed, with 274 single-family lots and 223 villa units. Lot prices will start at $775,000 up into the $3 millions and range from half an acre to 3 acres of land.
Along with homesites, Travis Club will feature:
- 10,000 feet of Lake Travis frontage with over 65 miles of water
- 30 miles of private hiking and biking trails
- An 18-hole golf course
- A lakefront clubhouse with dining
- A private marina, event lawn, pool and racquet center
Travis Club representatives said that the first phase of construction is set to begin in early 2024 and will include the first homesites, golf course and practice facilities.
While a completion date for the entire project is not yet available, representatives said that the golf course is expected to open by the end of 2025.
