Perspire Sauna Studio will open a new location at the Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave by October.

Perspire is a full-spectrum infrared sauna where the equipment heats one’s body directly without warming the air around them.

The new location will offer 10 private infrared sauna rooms, each with red light therapy, color therapy and televisions, according to owners Pete and Lindsay Mittelholzer. Half of the rooms also have showers, cold contrast therapy and salt therapy.

Perspire is a national franchise with studios in nearly 20 states.
