For the first time since the festival started in 2023, officials released an interactive map detailing festival logistics, according to a city news release.
The map includes timeframes for closures, available event parking and information about shuttle and ride-share pick up and drop off locations.

Festival crews will begin assembling stages and safety fencing at San Gabriel Park on March 25 and finish takedowns April 11, per the release. The park will have six phased closures starting March 25 and lasting through April 11.
Several streets near San Gabriel Park will be completely closed due to the festival, with the earliest closure beginning March 26. Roads will be closed along parts of:
- Morrow Street
- Riverhaven Drive
- Chamber Way
- North College Street
Only local traffic will be permitted throughout sections of the North Old Town neighborhood during the event. According to the map, the city is working with the neighborhood to determine the most effective closures. The interactive map will be updated with final information.

Local commuters will experience merging lane closures on North Austin Avenue from 12:01 a.m. April 5 to 5 a.m. April 7, according to the map.
Pedestrians will not be permitted to take Austin Avenue from downtown to San Gabriel Park due to ongoing bridge construction. Residents and visitors may use the interactive map to find alternative pedestrian routes to the park.
Event parking is prohibited in select neighborhoods near San Gabriel Park and at the Georgetown Recreation Center, per the map. Parking is available at Georgetown High School and East View High School for those who purchased parking passes ahead of time.
Shuttle pickup and drop off is available at North Austin Avenue in front of the Georgetown Recreation Center and south of GYBA Field 7, according to the map. Ride share drop off and pickups can be routed to the Georgetown Recreation Center parking lot near Chamber Way, per the map.
According to the release, city facilities closed due to the festival include:
- The Georgetown Recreation Center from April 4 at 5 p.m.-April 7 at 5:30 a.m.
- The Georgetown Animal Shelter from April 5-6
- McMaster Athletic Complex from April 5-6
- The Transfer Station from April 5-6
The San Gabriel Park pedestrian trail following the San Gabriel River will be closed from April 2-11, according to the map. All other hike and bike trails will be open during the festival, according to the city’s website.
In lieu of San Gabriel Park’s closures, the Friends of Georgetown Parks and Recreation nonprofit will cover $2 entrance fees for Georgetown residents visiting Garey Park from April 2-April 9, Parks & Recreation Director Kimberly Garrett told Community Impact.
