Georgetown business owners Rob Hipp and John Montgomery took ownership of Hello Georgetown, a website focused on connecting the community by informing residents of new businesses and events. Hipp, of Hipp Radio Network Georgetown, and Montgomery, of Robert's Printing, took over the website May 1. It was previously owned by Ken and Anne Partain.

Hipp said he saw taking over the business as another opportunity to help promote businesses in Georgetown.

"[Hello Georgetown] will stay focused on Georgetown community news and events. ... But we have ideas to help take it to another level," Hipp said.
