Washington Prime Group Inc. announced June 15 that it and its subsidiaries will be filing voluntary petitions for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. This filing is not expected to impact daily operations of the properties owned by Washington Prime Group Inc. These include:

  • The Arboretum, 10000 Research Blvd., Austin
  • The Shops at Arbor Walk, 10515 N. MoPac, Austin
  • Lakeline Plaza, 11066 Pecan Park Blvd., Cedar Park
  • Lakeline Village, 12617 Ridgeline Blvd., Austin
  • Wolf Ranch Town Center, 1015 W. University Ave., Georgetown
