Parmer Ranch, a 454-acre mixed-use residential community, will have its first phase of single-family homes available in the summer. The first phase will offer 155 units, but once completed, the community will have 1,000 single-family homes. Amenities will include 100 acres of retail, office and medical commercial space; a community center with a swimming pool; a10-acre park; a food truck court; hike and bike trails; and an amenity pond.
