What you need to know
According to a release from the school district, area residents can celebrate the holiday season by having a pancake breakfast with Santa at San Gabriel Park from 7:30-11 a.m. Dec. 21.
Pancakes and sausage will be prepared by members of the fire department, and served with juice and coffee.
The details
Tickets for the event are $6 per person and can be purchased at the door Dec. 21 prior to entering. Children under the age of 12 can attend for free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket.
Children attending the event will be able to interact with firefighters and take photos with Santa.
About the program
Proceeds from the event will be used to support GISD students, according to the district.
