Crews will begin construction on homes in the West Bend community by the end of March, an official said in an email.
The Presidio model home is expected to open in the late second quarter of 2025—or by the end of June.
About the project
David Weekley Homes will offer eight different floor plans ranging from 2,400-3,800 square feet situated on 60-foot homesites, according to a news release.
Homes will have three to five bedrooms, two to four full baths, up to one half-bath and three- to four-car garages, per the release.
Students living in Wolf Ranch are zoned for Wolf Ranch Elementary School, Tippit Middle School and East View High School, according to Georgetown ISD’s website.
