The development, located within the Bluffview master community, will feature homes ranging from about 2,100-4,000 square feet, a New Home Co. official said in an email to Community Impact. The pricing and size breakdown of lots are currently planned as:
- 65 sites with 40-foot-wide homes, starting near the $600,000s
- 40 sites with 50-foot-wide homes, starting near the $700,000s
New Home Co. officials acquired the land from Riverside Resources for over $17 million, and site improvements and ground work started in October, the official said.
