New Home Co., a homebuilder headquartered in California, started construction in October on 105 single-family detached homes in Georgetown, with full build-out currently anticipated for spring 2028.

The gist

The development, located within the Bluffview master community, will feature homes ranging from about 2,100-4,000 square feet, a New Home Co. official said in an email to Community Impact. The pricing and size breakdown of lots are currently planned as:
  • 65 sites with 40-foot-wide homes, starting near the $600,000s
  • 40 sites with 50-foot-wide homes, starting near the $700,000s
This is the homebuilder’s fourth community within the Greater Austin area, and Bluffview home sales are expected to launch in late 2025, the official said.

New Home Co. officials acquired the land from Riverside Resources for over $17 million, and site improvements and ground work started in October, the official said.
