American Revolution Experience traveling exhibit
The American Battlefield Trust and the Daughters of the American Revolution have collaborated to bring an innovative pop up focusing on local and national history to the Williamson Museum and the Georgetown Public Library. The exhibit will feature panels about the American Revolution and the history of Georgetown with primary accounts, storytelling and illustrations.

Yogis in Georgetown can visit Flow Yoga for a free community event to focus on grounding, intention and gratitude. Participants can reflect through a guided journaling exercise and bring natural materials to create a group mandala. The event will conclude with a mediation and sound bath.

The Georgetown Public Library will host a movie screening of “The Bad Guys 2” on Dec. 30. The 2025 family comedy is rated PG and follows the crew of animals from the 2022 movie “The Bad Guys.”

The Leander Chamber of Commerce will host a semi-formal New Year’s Eve celebration at the Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel and Conference Center. The Midnight in Manhattan-themed event will include a performance by LC Rocks, food and a champagne toast at 11 p.m.
