Known for its steakburgers, hot dogs, shoestring fries and frozen custard desserts, Freddy's began serving the Georgetown community Sept. 9.

Franchisee Frank Khattak owns the new location, according to a company news release.

The restaurant is located in the Cedar Breaks West development.
