Rose & Dagger Coffee Company, a new coffee trailer located at Teal Sky Boutique, serves latte-based espresso drinks, black and green tea, and energy drinks.

The business’s most popular drink is the Cracken—a salted honey butter and white chocolate latte, said owner Jackson Vacek. The trailer also serves desserts from local Georgetown business Chaffle House.

Rose & Dagger Coffee Company is owned by Vacek, a firefighter with the Georgetown Fire Department, and his fiancée Madison Ramirez. The business will hold its grand opening Sept. 14.
