GreenPal, an app that connects homeowners with lawn care services, recently launched its services in Georgetown.

The free app allows owners to enter their address and receive bids from a variety of prescreened companies based on the property’s Google Aerial and Google Street views as well as the square footage of the property.

According to information from owners Gene Caballero, Bryan Clayton and Zach Hendricks, the property’s information is sent to the homeowner for review as well as local vendor ratings, reviews and prices, so that they can choose which provider works best for them.

The app also allows for contactless lawn care.

Based in Nashville, GreenPal has over a million users, with 30% of its customers over the age of 60. It operates in about 48 states and 250 major markets, and has more than 50,000 landscaping professionals on the app, according to a news release.
