Phase 1 of Crosspoint Business District is a three-building business park that sits on 61.7 acres along I-35 northwest of Hwy. 195. The project first broke ground in 2022.

Plans to develop the remaining 162.3 acres bringing industrial, commercial and multifamily space to the area are underway, according to the release.

“We continue to see strong demand from prospective tenants that want to be on the north side of Austin,” said Miles Terry, Jackson-Shaw vice president of development, in the release. “Crosspoint offers great access and visibility from [I-35], and provides proximity to tremendous rooftop growth and a strong labor pool.”
