Construction on Belterra Village is underway, and the first tenants will open in late 2017 or early 2018, said Daniel Campbell, principal with the property’s development firm, Endeavor Real Estate Group.
The center is a 93-acre, mixed-use commercial development located at the intersection of Hwy. 290 and Nutty Brown Road.
Businesses to open in the development include Torchy’s Tacos; Jersey Mike’s Subs; Spec’s Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods; Sky Cinemas; Breed & Co.; Stiles Switch BBQ & Brew; and Pieous Mecca, the new flagship location for restaurant Pieous.
The center will also include residential homes; senior housing; and medical, hotel and retail space.
