A new Cajun restaurant called Lil’ Easy Fine Cajun Food & Bar will pop up at 5000 E. Cesar Chavez St., Austin, in February. The restaurant will serve a wide range of Cajun classics with an aim to help guests “relax, refresh and refuel,” a Lil’ Easy rep said.

- Mini Cochon de lait po'boys
- Cajun meat pies
- Chicken and sausage jambalaya
- Hushpuppies
- Boudin links
- Marinated crab claws
- Red beans and rice
Lil’ Easy comes from hospitality group 2 Dine 4 Hospitality. The group has dipped its toes in several types of cuisines, including Southern food at Sawyer & Co. and Mexican at De Nada Cantina. The group also leads the East Austin event space Swoop House & Wine Garden prix fixed ticketed restaurant & event space.
