Fajita Pete’s opened its first Austin location at 5523A Balcones Drive on Feb. 14, according to owner Mike Blalock. Trudy’s Del Mar, a coastal Tex-Mex restaurant stemming from the Trudy’s brand, opened Dec. 29.
