Fajita Pete’s opened its first Austin location at 5523A Balcones Drive on Feb. 14, according to owner Mike Blalock. The Houston-based caterer specializes in “fresh off the grill” fajitas for pickup, catering and delivery. It also serves margaritas, appetizers, sides and other Tex-Mex entrees.
