Senior living facility Westminster celebrated the grand opening of its third building, the Carlisle, in late June.

The details

The five-story building includes rehabilitation and physical therapy rooms, a gym, a cardio studio, a day spa and a fine dining restaurant. The new building also features underground parking and rooftop solar panels for energy conservation.
